Patons Rock Beach Villas provide the only motel accommodation in Patons Rock. We are just 5 minutes walk to Patons Rock beach, 10 minutes drive from Takaka and 15 minutes to Collingwood. Ideal for exploring the western side of Golden Bay – Te Waikoropupu Springs, Farewell Spit, Wharariki Beach, Aorere Valley and the Heaphy Track.

Our Villas

Come and unwind in the luxury of one of our 4 beautiful holiday villas. The villas offer a self check-in private accommodation. Each 2-bedroom villa accommodates up to 4 guests and is serviced daily. All have garden views from every window and are bathed in Golden Bay sunshine.

We stayed as a family of 4 and loved Patons Rock Beach Villas. It is immaculate inside and out. It is so peaceful surrounded by the beautiful gardens and just a short stroll around the corner to the most lovely beach. Can’t wait to return!

These villas are absolutely delightful and a real find. They are situated rurally on a side road between Takaka and Collingwood and very close to a beautiful beach. The other reviews posted are spot on. Our host was most agreeable too and very accessible although not living on site (will be moving next door shortly). Would thoroughly recommend

First time to this relaxing area. Great location, was handy to every thing we wanted to do; including a leisurely 5mins walk to a lovely shallow beach. The villas were lovely, modern surrounded by beautiful gardens. Big thank you to Bobby and Julia who looked after us. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.
